Standing Appointments:
Tell us what time works best for you! Our Director of Front Desk Operations is at your service in finding the best time in your schedule for booking your regular appointments whether it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Please call 317.595.0400 for information.

Arrivals
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment so we may gather any necessary pre-appointment information. For many spa services a spa bathrobe and slippers are provided for your use during the visit. Guests are always appropriately draped for privacy and warmth during every spa service.

Cancellation / Tardiness Policy
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service appointments. Spa Parties require a 72 hour cancellation notice. The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments. Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to the service time.
